Fees for psychotherapy sessions
Initial contacts and questionnaire through e-mail exchange: Free

Initial session is really important to the whole process of therapy. In the session you will explore what has brought you to seek therapy, assess your needs and what you would like to work with, if further sessions may be helpful. You will be able to make a plan for how to proceed including session times, frequency and duration of sessions. Sometimes a single session could be all that you need.

The initial face to face session (90 minutes): £100, for couples£120
Consultation (90 minutes): £100

Further face to face individual session: £70
Face to face session for couples: £100
Further sessions are 60 minutes long (usually held at the same time once a week).
Cancellation of session should be given at least 24 hour’s notice.

Outdoor session: £75
Outdoor sessions can be held in Bushy Park or Home Park (Hampton Court). Sessions are 60 minutes long (usually held at the same time once a week).
Cancellation of sessions should be given with at least 24hour’s notice.

Written report or opinion with recommendations can be provided. Fee to be agreed, dependent on what is required.
Payment for psychotherapy sessions
Fees can be paid by cash or bank transfer. Payment made by bank transfer should be arranged prior to each session. Those paid by cash should be paid on the day of the session.
