neurodegenerative disease in the family
-
cross-cultural issues
The therapy begins with 90 minutes consultation, based on your needs and response to a questionnaire, which I send you following our initial contacts. At the end of the consultation, I will give my understanding of your problem and a plan how we could work together. When we do agree to work together, we sign a therapeutic contract and regular sessions (usually one hour long, one time per week and at the same time) can be arranged. You may choose a set number of sessions or unfixed, open ended, with regular reviews.
I work face to face indoors but also outdoors while walking in Bushy Park and Home Park (Hampton Court) or remotely. Therapy sessions can be done on-line via Skype, WhatsApp, or Zoom.
During face to face session my office is sanitized and well ventilated to minimalize risk of infection so you can visit with confidence.
